Absolutely terrible experience. First they told me that my child was having "breathing spells" before even putting them on a EEG and guess what, wasn't a breathing spell! (Which is ridiculous to begin with because the EMT who picked them up had adminster medication as well for a SEIZURE) When I call to ask about my 10 month old BABY having seizures I get a rude receptionist "Is this REALLY an emergency for the only call doctor, or can I just tell them to call you back tomorrow during business hours". I love Doernbecker's. I've been around the hospital since my oldest was 27 years old. Now my grandbaby has had to be seen on multiple times. The last doctor she saw, and I got to go was just wonderful. What an entire team of specialist and sweat employees. Everyone is so kind. Have never had a bad experience. Thank you
