I’ve called twice in the last week to schedule and waited on hold for over an hour both times. At an hour and half I hung up. There is no way to leave a message for call back either.
Mri was good except it's been a week since my mri and haven't even been looked at yet wish is concerning do they care about the reading of it the mri or do that want the money
Poor service. I hung up after a half hour. No option to leave your number for a call back. OHSU is falling behind.
They need to hire more staff. Asking patients to wait on the phone for half an hour plus is absurd. How are we supposed to schedule time for an 1 hour phone call from our doctor while at work when it was just supposed to be a quick reschedule or verification etx? Like why treat folks that bad?
