I was given extremely good care from the examination to the doctor taking the time to explain things with pictorial diagrams. 100% good experience!
Called 2 weeks ago and I booked my appointment. When I was on the phone I offered to even fax over my insurance information and I was told "No, we can take care of it when you show up". I just got turned away saying "we don't take your insurance we are more of a specialist than just optometry regular doctors". I've been seen here before just for an eye exam, front desk should have better training in booking appointments! This is very frustrating.
