I've had trouble with other allergists not listening. However, Dr. Anstey and Dr. Koka both were attentive, listened to my medical history, and did their best to acknowledge all concerns I had. They both are compassionate and professional. The downside was the long wait list to get an appointment after a referral. If you can get past that, the medical team here is attentive and responsive

Had an appointment that as a month and a half out for my sons allergy. I arrived and they could not do anything because I was supposed to bake muffins and bring them which I was never told when I made the appointment nor when I called the day before. Never got a text or phone call with any instructions. And for another appointment was 2 months out. Going to see if my doctor will change me and I can get seen somewhere else. This is unacceptable and really shows that people are not doing their job.

Had an initial visit here (which took almost two months with an urgent referral). The doctor never joined the Zoom meeting, I had to call and have them page her to join. She advised me to taper off of a medication and told me someone would call to schedule me for a follow-up in a month. That call never came. I also never received any response to a message asking for guidance with the severe symptoms the advised drug tapering was causing.
