We are an interiors carpentry outfit out of Ravenna and we love working with OHR. John Cossick is absolutely great to work with. Between checking on the job and communication John excels at making sure the renter is 100% satisfied after renting their equipment. He’s gone time after time to help find the proper equipment to help us get the job done!

Some of the staff were helpful, and others were personally offended and judgemental of my appearance. First time I felt disrespected at an establishment. First impression made or brake a business in all aspects of interaction. I would still give them my business but walk in with a strong mindset. The helpful people always make the bad ones fade away.
Great experience, from customer service picking up to response after hours with an issue with the equipment. Top notch would rent again would reccomend.
