Just had an interesting experience ... A/C was on the fritz, so was told by another company, it is probably is cheaper to get a new one. Also, another company said I should consider a new furnace too since ours was getting "up there" in age (11 yrs, so not THAT old). Figured I was in for the whole kit and kaboodle, trusting that what I was being told was true. Needed a second opinion and other quotes anyway, so, OHM's came and set the record straight. My recent-model Samsung gas oven stopped working and the tech got the oven disassembled, diagnosed and the part replaced in under a couple of hours. Rate was reasonable, they were able to schedule us in within a couple of days, and tech was courteous and professional. Great service!
Had an issue with my boiler and sent them pictures of the gauges and they were quick with what I needed to do!
Ohms' service is timely, friendly and efficient! They have made countless repairs over the 30 plus years that I have dealt with them... also I installed new furnaces and air conditioning in each of the 2 houses that I have owned during that period...
