Don’t be fooled, this is a hard workout! It has been a great addition to my cardio training. The instructors are really motivating and change up the routines so you are always getting a great workout. The class sizes are small so it’s almost like working with a personal trainer. I love it! Highly recommend.
I love Ohm!! Melissa showed me the ropes around the studio and made me feel super comfortable and welcome. They are always there to answer my many questions :) All of the coaches have been encouraging and helped me work on my personal fitness goals. They really care about your fitness journey and you can feel it every time you walk in. Great studio, great workouts, great people!!!!!
Can’t believe how sore I was from a 25 minute workout! I love the short time commitment with maximum impact. The trainers is a great job explaining the benefits of the EMS suits and leading the workout. Amazing playlist. Can’t wait for the studio to open.
I love OHM!!! The instructors are amazing! They are constantly checking in with us making sure the suit vibrations are tailored to our individual needs and goals. They give great verbal cues for the next exercises as well as how to modify the them so we get the most out of the workout. If you haven’t tried this workout, do it!! You won’t be sorry! Try the red light therapy afterward. There are so many benefits. Luis and Liz Arcos have created an exercise experience that anyone can do successfully.
Got a free session here and everyone was super nice and friendly even though I have to admit I felt pressure to join because of the frequent follow up phone calls but I completely understand that they are a business and the phone calls were nothing personally wrong. I might consider joining in the future if the prices come down slightly. Appreciate the free session and all their generosity and kindness.
