Don’t be fooled, this is a hard workout! It has been a great addition to my cardio training. The instructors are really motivating and change up the routines so you are always getting a great workout. The class sizes are small so it’s almost like working with a personal trainer. I love it! Highly recommend.
Got a free session here and everyone was super nice and friendly even though I have to admit I felt pressure to join because of the frequent follow up phone calls but I completely understand that they are a business and the phone calls were nothing personally wrong. I might consider joining in the future if the prices come down slightly. Appreciate the free session and all their generosity and kindness. Love OHM Cary. Great trainers and EMS workouts! Wonderful community. The support team is so kind, welcoming and supportive! A full schedule of classes. I enjoy the red light as well!
I love Ohm!! Melissa showed me the ropes around the studio and made me feel super comfortable and welcome. They are always there to answer my many questions :) All of the coaches have been encouraging and helped me work on my personal fitness goals. They really care about your fitness journey and you can feel it every time you walk in. Great studio, great workouts, great people!!!!!
I love OHM! Highly recommend this gym for all levels of fitness. The classes are short which is perfect for my schedule but you will get a major workout in that short time. The suit is really your gym. You can go as hard as you want or have a more relaxing experience if you need that instead. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the facility is fully equipped with everything you need.
