I love Ohm!! Melissa showed me the ropes around the studio and made me feel super comfortable and welcome. They are always there to answer my many questions :) All of the coaches have been encouraging and helped me work on my personal fitness goals. They really care about your fitness journey and you can feel it every time you walk in. Great studio, great workouts, great people!!!!!

Love OHM Cary. Great trainers and EMS workouts! Wonderful community. The support team is so kind, welcoming and supportive! A full schedule of classes. I enjoy the red light as well!

If you are looking to increase your strength and endurance, this is the best place. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I have seen a lot of changes and toning. I would recommend everyone to at least give it a try.

Great workout, great staff. Amazing technology. Great for pain management. I recommend this type of work out to any person that has mobility issues. I have dysautonomia, POTS, EDS. On my bad days I just put the suit on and sit in a chair.
