These folks have the patience of all the saints combined! Our transaction had several extensions then when we got to the closing, the transaction fell through (other party's fault). I asked what amount we owe for their time and services. Jim said, "Nothing. I'm not going to add insult to injury." Now that is a true professional! THANKS OHLY!!!!!
