Disappointed…. Had Jason come out at end of 2025 to winterize a mobile and was told when making the appointment that would include opening in spring. When I called in spring to make that appointment was then told it was not part of the price. Ok… opening is easy, though if I already paid for it I would have them do it. I ended up turning every thing on and the refrigerator was leaking. The ice cube line was NOT winterized. Jason came out, apologized and made it right and said no charge for his mistake. We've had Ohler & Hozhauer taking care of our home for approx 30 years, even while we are in in Florida for the winter. Thanks to Jason for the latest repair to our kitchen hot water. Best it's EVER been!
Once again, the Ohler & Holzhauer team has proven how good they are. We had water flowing into the basement and Kelly immediately dispatched Jason to come over and figure out what was wrong and how to fix it -- which he did! We are very happy with the service and they really care about the customer.
Came quick and fixed our hot water heater. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend to anyone locally needing a good plumber!
