Disappointed with the communication and billing set up. Tried this lab out because of a promotional offer and ended up with a bill that included several fees being tacked on that were not communicated which turned the promotional offer into costing more than my usual lab. Attempts to call the lab often resulted in having to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. Overall would not recommend based on that experience.
Disappointed. I have called and spoken to staff who assured me they would help our office with basic requests. Staff doesn't follow through.
Awesome working with this dental lab and their professionalism.
