I booked a nail appointment online, showed up at the scheduled time and the facility was closed for renovation. There was no notice or indication anywhere that they are closed. They need to update their business hours on Google, post a notice on their website, and STOP accepting appointments online while they are shut down. To the owners - please be considerate of your customers and take a moment to do these things so you can avoid wasting peoples’ time.
Terrible service. Left my mom waiting mid service to start services on another client and had two nail techs working on this client. They did not acknowledge my mom at all. She asked a question, and one of the mail techs were extremely rude to her. They left my mom waiting 25 mins and didnt acknowledge her until we started walking out. Save your time and money, and go elsewhere.
