I’m not going back there either. The guy who did my pedicure cut such a large part of my nail off and now it’s getting infected and cut my cuticle so low it bled and hurt. The nails look nice besides that and the price is great, but consider I’m now fighting an infection, now thanks.

They don’t understand you and they do the color that they want to use and if you ask for another coat they don’t look happy and they won’t do it either….it’s just not a place I would ever come back too again…horrible service

Terrible pedicure. I waited a long time when there were hardly any customers. The woman providing the service barely pumiced my foot. She pulled at my skin. Then when she began painting my toes the polish was clumpy. I informed her and she started sanding my nails. I asked her to stop and again said the polish is clumpy. It appears old. She got the manager and again tried to file my nails a second time. This went on and on many times. Eventually I decided to leave. It was as if they refused to acknowledge the issue. Horrible experience! The lady drilled a hole in my nail and did not want to put alcohol on it. I had to ask 4 times and she kept saying it's alright. She got an attitude when I told her I was there for builder gel and she still put acrylic on my nail that she had to remove. She was pulling and throwing my hands when she wanted to put the gel on or wanted me to put my hands in the UV light. I will not be back!!!!! Maybe that's why the place is empty with no customers.
