Good coffee and quick service. Stayed just opposite to it and had it before we started our day.
We went two mornings in a row. The coffee was great the first time and just okay the second time. Weirdly inconsistent. People that took our orders seemed unconcerned, passive, and were both quiet which made them hard to understand. Great outdoor area but needs more shading (bigger umbrellas, awnings). The sandwiches were yummy. Peculiar bagels, very thin and buttery.
Really nice little coffee shop! Love the area , very friendly staff
Great atmosphere and good coffee, food was not good.
