Frighteningly Incompetent Doctor was absent minded. Seemed incredibly rushed. Tried to prescribe my son a medicine he is allergic to (which was written on the paperwork,) the nurse pointed out the mistake. He didn't ask pertinent questions, and didn't answer my questions thoroughly. I mentioned this to the nurse-manager and she said "well, he's the owner, so there's not much you can do." Horrible Place...Don't go there!!!! Had strept throat and was told I just had a cold. Don't go there. go to the Americas Urgent Care they have real doctors there!!!!
GREAT EXPERIENCE I highly recommend Polaris Urgent Care. The staff is caring, the wait time is short and the doctors are quite good. I have never had a bad experience there. I would send my friends and family there.
Terrible Experience I took my son there for a very sore and very red eye and the Doctor didn't even look in his eye and gave him a prescription for a sinus infection. I took him to our family doctor on Monday where he was told he had Iritis. Terrible Terrible experience NEVER NEVER go there!!!!!
Excellent experience I went to the Polaris Urgent Care the first time yesterday. I was very impressed with how responsive the staff was and the caring attitude which they displayed. It is conveniently located on Polaris Pkwy and the wait wasn't very long.
GREAT Service! First off, I went in on a Holiday (the 4th of July). No one likes to work on Holidays. The whole staff that took care of me, including Erin at the front desk, was incredibly nice. They didn't seem to be bothered at all that I came in and they immediately took care of me. Brian and Dr. Villanueva were very attentive and seemed genuinely concerned for my well being since my temperature was almost 105 degrees. They are out to maximize the bill My wife went in for chicken pox. Yes, I know she should not have gone to urgent care just for chicken pox. She should've waited until Monday for her real doctor. While there, they decided she needed a CHEST XRAY for just chicken pox. Now, I am stuck with a huge bill for an unnecessary procedure. She was not having difficulty breathing at all. I will never come back.
RATED #1 (A+) IN OHIO MEDICAL CARE They gave me a unique care. I was better in 24 hours after they treated my rash/poison ivy. They gave me injection and a script.. they were QUICK..FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL..I was in and out in about half an hour.. i see why people say they are THE BEST CLINIC IN COLUMBUS.... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....
