Grady Memorial Hospital Grady hospital is very small compared to other hospitals but they are very caring. Since they don't have as many patients as a bigger hospital you receive more attention and better care.
Poor Experience When I was 27 weeks pregnant with my daughter I went into preterm labor. I opted to go to the hospital that was closest to my home, rather than risking something going wrong as I was in transport to the one that I would be delivering at. Unfortunately my OB did not have privileges at this hospital. I heard several times from the maternity staff that I should not be there and I should have gone to the hospital where my baby would be born. jbriner I came to Polaris Urgent Care for a laceration. The doctor and staff were very professional and nice. The doctor had great bedside manner and his handiwork was excellent. This is the best place I have come for medical care. i will always come to this urgent care!
Excellent experience I went to the Polaris Urgent Care the first time yesterday. I was very impressed with how responsive the staff was and the caring attitude which they displayed. It is conveniently located on Polaris Pkwy and the wait wasn't very long.
GREAT Service! First off, I went in on a Holiday (the 4th of July). No one likes to work on Holidays. The whole staff that took care of me, including Erin at the front desk, was incredibly nice. They didn't seem to be bothered at all that I came in and they immediately took care of me. Brian and Dr. Villanueva were very attentive and seemed genuinely concerned for my well being since my temperature was almost 105 degrees. I LOVE POLARIS URGENT CARE I went there with a cut on my finger and the doctor did a fabulous job placing 5 sutues. I dont even have a scare where it was sutured. the workers were very nice and respectful. They took care of me in less than an hour. I love their service.

theresa I am very comfortable taking my child to Polaris Urgent Care. He had an ear infection and was treated well physically and emotionally. The staff is caring and the place is nice. We will be back!
