Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional.
This facility has the most caring staff I've ever encountered! My son was sent home sick from school so I took him to urgent care. They were kind and attentive. We discovered it was an upper respiratory situation. By 8pm he was crying and complaining of pain in his ear. I rushed him back to urgent care. I called and explained the situation they had us back in a room within minutes. They checked his ear and he has an ear infection as well.
