This facility has the most caring staff I've ever encountered! My son was sent home sick from school so I took him to urgent care. They were kind and attentive. We discovered it was an upper respiratory situation. By 8pm he was crying and complaining of pain in his ear. I rushed him back to urgent care. I called and explained the situation they had us back in a room within minutes. They checked his ear and he has an ear infection as well. I wanted to write a review in thanks to a particular Dr in urgent care who went above and beyond to help me. I'll never forget her. She truly is a gem and her compassion for her patient made me feel like I was in good hands. Kourtney Coleman thank you for all you do. This urgent care is a nice medical facility. It's clean, has ample parking, and is very helpful when you need medical care. I appreciate all the Nurses, Drs, and Sandy at the lab. You all are a great help. I would recommend coming here.
This place is a freaking joke. Said they can’t give you no injections for nothing you have to go back to your orthopedic. I know better because I got one done in Athens urgent care earlier this year. I’m not looking for narcotics just something to ease my shoulder. What a joke, joke, joke, joke, joke, joke
Sat on hold for 18 min for nobody to answer and hang up on me. What a waste of time.
