Dr Friedman is a very knowledgeable doctor who did not give up on finding an answer for what was going on with me. Turns out that I was in need of a quadruple bipass. Thanks to his persistence he was able to find out what was wrong. Above that his kindness and compassion meant the world to me. He never made me feel rushed and I always have felt important to him. I would recommend him to anyone!
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this location. I was given the wrong treatment for a sprain and left in pain for 2 additional weeks as a result. On top of that, they continue to charge me for their mistake. I will not go back to this location again. I have tried to fix this situation (and my bill) repeatedly over 2 months. 10+ phone calls and emails to explain their poor treatment. Definitely not impressed with the OhioHealth Urgent Care in Marion Ohio. New building and office looks very nice but the service is horrible, kind of like putting pearls on a pig. Have gone to this Urgent Care twice now and both times service has been subpar. Was left waiting in the exam room for an hour before I had to go find the Nurse Practitioner myself for assistance. Awesome group of professionals who make you feel at home. Everyone from the housekeepers to the world physicians appear to care just about me it was a great experience.
This is my second visit. The staff and doctors are wonderful! Caring, concerned, thoughtful and professional. Also, a great location.
He was so sweet and caring ! And I consider him my Cardio Man, and he is slick doing Angioplasty. When he goes up through ur vein with a Catheterization, I had no drugs to make me goofy, I was a wake the whole time. But I have a large threshold for pain !
Be aware, your physician will change as they graduate from their residency. I have liked some, not liked others over the years. Also, I rarely have issues solved when I need to request action on prescriptions.
This team was great - luckily for me there was no waiting and I had seen the doctor before I could fill out the paperwork. Everyone was pleasant and efficient and seemed to care about me.
First they said i had a room, which i didnt. Once a room was identified 40 minutes later, had to wait for someone to take me to my room. Waited another 30 minutes. Now it gets worse. In my room at 3. All i need is an iv w antibiotics. 5 hours later still none and debating checking myself out and going to a real hospital.
