long wait times, but that’s totally understandable. Staff was friendly, between the nurses and receptionists they were wonderful. I was being seen by a fantastic nurse for some pretty gnarly scrapes - who walked me through everything, asked for my consent, and explained the whole process to me. halfway through my appointment Dr. X Jiao came in and completely took over.
