Please go elsewhere! Nurse Tanya was impatient, admitted she’s “just quick,” and set the tone for the visit, creating an atmosphere that made me believe the visit was an inconvenience for her. This may be the worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here before years back and received subpar care. I was desperate this last go around as I had just got off work about 8pm and most urgent cares close at about 8 or 9 and this was close by. I went because I felt I had an ear infection and was in a lot of pain both ears. Wasn’t called back to my room until about 8:45/8:50 which this wasn’t necessarily a problem as I understand they were busy and short staffed. I came in with an issue. Check-in was smooth. The first nurse, I saw that took my blood pressure and heart rate and all intake information was great. Even the doctor was great. Very detailed and very kind. However, there was a nurse that helped me out. And once she closed the door she immediately started talking about me. I wasn’t too sure if it was about me.
