We got there at 5:30pm and did not have to wait more than 10 min before they called my son back to be seen. Only had to wait about another 10 min for the dr to come in and was able to diagnosis my son with a sinus infection, had our antibiotics called in to the pharmacy and was out the door in 30 min! Will come here every time it’s needed moving forward! Thank you OhioHealth

The response was quick, and both the staff nurse and doctor were very friendly. My 2 year old son was in severe pain with his left arm and not very cooperative, but the dislocation was fixed quickly after the X-rays. Really appreciated their prompt and caring service!
I went to urgent care today due to a cut. I had previously got it stitched and today I went back to get it dressed again. I cut myself two days ago so the cut is still new. The doctor that treated me was X Jiao. He was not patient or careful with the stitches. When he was removing the bandage from a finger, his hand hit the wound and he didn't even say sorry.
