The response was quick, and both the staff nurse and doctor were very friendly. My 2 year old son was in severe pain with his left arm and not very cooperative, but the dislocation was fixed quickly after the X-rays. Really appreciated their prompt and caring service!
I went to urgent care today due to a cut. I had previously got it stitched and today I went back to get it dressed again. I cut myself two days ago so the cut is still new. The doctor that treated me was X Jiao. He was not patient or careful with the stitches. When he was removing the bandage from a finger, his hand hit the wound and he didn't even say sorry. I have no idea why this location has poor reviews. I have been there quite a few times and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is courteous and professional. Highly recommend!
