Staff was very rude and overcharged on basic tests. Go elsewhere
Walked there as a student on the weekend in the middle of the day and they told me they could not see me until 7 hours later even though it did not seem busy at all, receptionist was not very nice and I’m not even sure if there is a doctor there some of the time
Bad attitude the whole time for no reason
I am very disappointed on my visit today. My nurse was so kind and amazing but when the NP came in she had such a bad attitude and belittled me and completely disregarded my concerns. I left without a diagnosis. Waste of money
I was scared to go to this urgent care due to all of the negative reviews, but I was very sick college student and had no other choice. I am glad I went. The staff was efficient, patient, kind, and comforting. I was having trouble hearing at the front desk and the staff was very patient with me.
