I have been going to this urgent care for 18+ years. They always get me and my kids in right away with the exception of Covid pandemic which was a challenge for us all. I'm so happy they got back to somewhat normalcy (whatever that is, Lol). The staff are always smiling and make you feel welcomed. My recent visit was one of the best. I had an allergic reaction and they got me in quickly with hardly no wait time. The receptionists were there to greet, check me in, and both were very friendly and with big smiles. My experience with Urgent Care was good. The receptionist was very nice and my wait was short. The nurse and my care provider (Cory) were also very nice and easy to talk to. My visit only took about 40 minutes, I left with a diagnosis and was able to go directly to the pharmacy to pick up my medication. I did make an appointment in advance.
I called at 5:40 on a Sunday knowing they closed at 6 because I had just stepped on a rusty nail and needed a tetanus shot. The receptionist was rude and obviously didn’t want me to come in so close to closing. I assured her I was only 5 minutes away and just needed the one shot. She said I guess and I could hear her rolling her eyes through the phone. I got there 5 minutes later and was checked into the empty waiting room. The worst experience ever. Will not be back. No respect for patients! My daughter had a sickness and they sent us out to the car. No updates.. not a clue what was going on. I tried to call them, they turned the phone off. They even locked the doors. They acted like they were scared of us. I called the er department to see what they could do.
