My experience at Ohio Rehabilitation Hospital was truly life-changing. I would recommend this place over and over again to anyone who’s admitting family or friends . Staff here made the stay so much easier. From the moment you walk in being warmly greeted by the front desk workers till the time we left. We loved Alexa and she was always cracking jokes that made doing therapy that more enjoyable and fun. As well as his physical therapist Hannah. Overall I would say this place is a 10/10 ! You will feel at ease here and the progress made here was amazing. Great caring staff !
My husband has been a patient here 3 times now. Everytime he gets the best care.PT and OT are outstanding! They are able to balance PT with tough love and actual care for him. He says the food is better than hospitals but not as good as mine. He also receives dialysis there just as he would at home. When there I feel Comfortable leaving him to be cared for appropriately (bathed, dressed, and bathroom care). Posting a 2 star because I heard they can remove 1 stars easily but trust me this place is the worst I even give 1 if I didn’t have too I am leaving this review because my mother has been at this rehabilitation hospital for two weeks, and our experience has been deeply disappointing and upsetting. During her stay, she repeatedly pressed her call button and even yelled for assistance when she needed help using the bathroom, but staff often did not respond in a timely manner.
