My husband has been a patient here 3 times now. Everytime he gets the best care.PT and OT are outstanding! They are able to balance PT with tough love and actual care for him. He says the food is better than hospitals but not as good as mine. He also receives dialysis there just as he would at home. When there I feel Comfortable leaving him to be cared for appropriately (bathed, dressed, and bathroom care). Posting a 2 star because I heard they can remove 1 stars easily but trust me this place is the worst I even give 1 if I didn’t have too I am leaving this review because my mother has been at this rehabilitation hospital for two weeks, and our experience has been deeply disappointing and upsetting. During her stay, she repeatedly pressed her call button and even yelled for assistance when she needed help using the bathroom, but staff often did not respond in a timely manner. I was admitted to OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital in Dublin following a major surgery for a broken femur and a loose hip implant. It was a large operation, and I arrived with very limited mobility. From the moment I began my stay, I was impressed by the level of care and professionalism throughout the facility. I received four physical and occupational therapy sessions per day, and the therapy was intense, comprehensive, and thoughtfully designed to address many different aspects of my recovery. My husband was in rehab post surgery and the therapy team was wonderful! Special shout out to Michelle who is extremely competent! Bri in therapy was so helpful and Peter in nursing was so caring! Vivian Adams was communicative and very responsive to my requests! Overall a positive experience.
Everyone is kind and respectful. Good staff, I would recommend Ohio Health Rehab Dublin.
