Waited for weeks for a referral to go through, then another week until calling because I had not heard from them. I was told the doctor "determined she did not have a care plan" for me, so they are refusing to see me without even speaking to me about my symptoms. I also wasn't even made aware of this decision before I called. They said they are referring me to another physician but had no details to give me and said "hopefully" they will call me. I do not think they treat chronic pain patients with any care.
