I give two stars because of the doctors at this location. They are really nice gentlemen. But their front desk lady, Terri. Not so polite. I just feel like I'm bothering her every time I have called. I almost drove off the first time I had to take my daughter here. (over a year ago) Then, I called today to get advice, whether I should take my daughter to the ER or just bring here there because she is having issues with the same knee. She's just plain snobby. Dr Qiaco Is very good at his job.He cares about his patients and I would recommend him for any orthopedic problem
The office staff is excellent! Dr. Qiao has been amazing! He’s very pleasant and listens to your concerns, does x rays and different test in office to help assist diagnosis and options. He gives trigger point injections which help me a lot, as well as injections and medical referrals as needed. They will prescribe 10 units and any braces that are needed. A lot of times they have them in the office. I have been able to call and be seen or walk in and be seen as soon as the same day. Nurse Marci Is also very sweet and great at... read more
