Absolutely NOT! The front desk kept saying my referral from my doctor was canceled, blaming it on my doctor. 3 times in one day. Not to mention the front desk was very low spoken could not hear her talk and she was very condescending on the phone. If you're front desk can't even get the referrals right amd treat ppl with some decency. I have zero hope for any other services this place offers. Especially for a high risk ob. I would never step foot in this place. Horrible customer service.
The first time I tried calling the office I was put on an automated hold and was told I’d be called back, which never happened. The next day I called again and was pleasantly surprised when they picked up promptly. However, after they picked up I gave my name and asked my question the line went immediately silent for approximately 20-30 seconds. No one ever answers the phone. All calls are sent to the Lancaster location. I wish there was a separate number for the Pickerington location. I have been calling for a week trying to get scheduled for an appointment.
They let the phone ring and ring and ring and no one answers. I tried calling for TWO HOURS yesterday. The lady finally picked up the phone then HUNG UP. There’s no voicemail to leave a message, claims they “never received my referral” sent by dr after being sent 3 times. Hung up on me AGAIN after FINALLY getting to talk to someone. Tried calling back again this morning around 9:45am and phone said to “call back during regular business hours”. What dr office isn’t open at that time?
