I am so disappointed with my experience at this specific location. (Delaware) I have been a patient with OhioHealth for years and have never encountered an issue like this before. I had an appointment scheduled this morning and was unaware that the location was in Delaware, which required a long drive for me. I arrived at 9:15 AM, within the 15-minute grace period.
