I called to get information for a couple of the providers in cardiology there. The representative an older lady told me I needed to call somewhere else and then just hung up in my face before I could ask for the number to call. Very Rude proceed with caution with this company!
Mho.. the best in the state. He listens, explains in detail procedures . Molly, his assistant nurse, prompt in responses to phone msg and very supportive before and after a medical procedure. Wonderful emotional support during a scary experience.
I went to this facility on 1/13/2020 and it was about the worse experience I have ever had while trying to get some medical testing done. They were under staff, under educated, impolite kind of people I have ever came across in the medical field. I have a lot of pre-existing conditions and I have came across a lot of this behavior in the medical field but what I went through on that day, took the cake and that is defiantly saying something.
