Had suspicions of a certain Complication and when I tried to explain myself, I was told to stop explaining myself and just answer with yes or no. It’s not that anyone was rude, but I just don’t feel like my evaluation was thorough and I don’t felt like I was heard well enough. I was referred to them for PHP/IOP care. I was told I couldn’t get PHP unless I was suicidal even though my psychiatrist said that I qualify. So I signed up for IOP. Today they just out of the blue, terminated my referral.
