I was referred to them for PHP/IOP care. I was told I couldn’t get PHP unless I was suicidal even though my psychiatrist said that I qualify. So I signed up for IOP. Today they just out of the blue, terminated my referral.

This is a toxic place to work or seek mental help only few great doctors, except for 1 he’s no good and a liar. 1 of the CNP is a lair, MA’s & front receptionist don’t have clue or respect patients rights, gossiping about patients and laughing about people’s mental health. When patients walks in and when they leave. I have seen patient rights violated, false documentation and more. So I reported them to the HEALTHCARE BOARD and EEOC with ALL the Evidence I collected. They have been phenomenal with ensuring my needs were taken care of. With anything you have to want to get better in order for their interventions to work.

Ignore Tara Harris' review of this place. I have not had Medicaid, insurance, etc as I have been still recovering from my spinal surgery and my COBRA expired. First thing is first, these psychiatrists have NO SAY in whether OhioHealth approves your financial aid or not. They are non-profit. Secondly, don't come here if you aren't open to hearing someone tell you why you're wrong. These therapists are not pushovers, and their goal is to cure and help you.
