Extremely caring and supportive
Don't understand we they have you check in online. Check in w/ an ambassador when you enter the building. Then check in again w/ someone else once you get to the floor your appointment is on. When you check in with the ambassador, why can't they tell the doctor's office that you are here? It's very redundant & seems very unnecessary.
