Over an hr wait and I had an appointment usually they are prompt I would hope there was an emergency and not just a scheduling issue I don't feel well and still need to get medication from pharmacy not a good experience today
Nurses are rude, dont explain anything. Not given pain meds for a dislocated shoulder either. After having imaging done i stated I wanted to leave if I didnt soon see a dr bc it was taking so long and was forced to sign a AMA without being told what I was signing and the nurse acts like I was the bad guy bc I was upset I didnt know what I signed. They need staff who care and actually know how to do their jobs
Fantastic care given from everyone involved. They listen, they take time to get all the details and they smile.
Everyone is super nice and a quick check in and short waiting time to see a dr
