Showed up in person - was told when I showed up the doctor canceled all appointments that day and I was never informed prior to showing up. Rescheduled my appointment and was told I had to wait another 3 months to be seen. Called them to confirm my appointment 2.5 months later and was told I never was scheduled for my appointment that was three months out. Apparently if you don’t show up 30 minutes early they cancel your appointment and have no compassion
Updated 1 hour later-spoke with Liz who told me he was actually running behind and she was in a meeting . I actually don’t think the doctor was even there ! ________________ This is probably the most unprofessional experience I’ve myself ever dealt with. It was a cold room with no one else there and I’m guessing either the doctor wasn’t really there or he genuinely just doesn’t care about his patients . I've been a patient here for a while. I've seen Dr. Hubert multiple times. I have found her to be a very competent, skilled, and professional person. Our interactions have always been pleasant. She responds to my questions quickly via their web portal, and always seems to listen and care. While I respect other reviewers who report different experiences than mine, I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hubert. She's helped me tremendously and I appreciate all she has done on my behalf.
Dr Hubert is very rude, didn't listen to any of the symptoms I explained, and got smart with me multiple times. Nurse Rochelle was super nice though. Don't waste your time with Dr Meghan Hubert
