There is a revolving door of physicians going through right now and I do not know if it is going to be resolved.
Rude, disrespectful & was told if I don’t like the way they run things to find another doctor. Filing a complaint for Laura Roache specifically.
I just wish Ohio Health would stop tainting every health system in the area. They are a non-profit, but the most expensive. Even with my insurance, they still have bills that are much higher than they used to be before they took over MIPA Unfortunately, I've had to tell my doctor that I could no longer afford to get my blood work done as often as he wants because Ohio Health is so expensive. Hoping they don't take over Quest diagnostics too, because if they do.... a lot of people are going to be s.o.l.
Been to many a Dr, private practice, most under OH's umbrella, honestly either way some are good, some not so much so.. Luckily, for now we have the luxury of picking another Dr's.. Remember, speak up, if something or someone isn't being professional, helpful and especially rudeness..say something then or before you leave..a person may have lost a loved one, we all have bad days.. but they are trained to be professional.. speak up, it helps.
