I was prescribed a GLP-1 on 8/31/25. A few days later I got a call from the office advising that the necessary prior authorization could take up to 10 days. I contacted the insurance myself after over a month of waiting and found that they had not received any request from the doctor's office. Very unprofessional doctor. They never answer their phone. Doctor is not caring at all. They over charge your insurance company and only care for their money. Stay away from that office and doctor!

This is regarding the Hollywood Presbyterian Pharmacy staff. Their customer service is sucks. They do not know how to respect people. Staff needs to show to the customer they should have compassion and when the doctor call for refill, they need to listen and not to tell the MD, your patient can get the medicine over the counter. It seems the staff came from ghetto who do not knows the respect and good customer service with their customer.

From being told misinformation, incorrect prior authorization forms filled out and sent to unprofessional phone calls, this is the worst primary care I have ever been to. Save yourself the trouble and headache and go somewhere where people know how to do their jobs correctly and professionally!

I just wanted to add that I went here for a primary visit when I was 6 weeks pregnant, 2 days out of a psych inpatient unit, and diagnosed schizophrenic. The primary care doctor I had said that it was wrong for me to get an abortion because it was a baby. I WAS 6 WEEKS PREGNANT!!! AND not thinking straight because I was freshly out of psychosis! The nurse faye was a very rude and had a nasty tone of voice her demeanor was awful she told my father god put him in the hospital for a reason she the tall nurse who was on the 6th floor main she has a nasty attitude she need her license taken away

This hospital is still billing me for a debt that was paid. I have been harassed for 4 years due to this. Whenever you call, you are placed on hold for hours or told to call back in 30 days.

Staff on site were caring and kind- billing was highway robbery. I was seen for what was ultimately a minor injury that did not require any type of bloodwork or hospitalization. I wasn't even given a physical exam. I was seen by a nurse who took my vitals, waited for about 45 minutes, then spoke to a doctor who did not examine me. I was sent home with a script. Examining rooms are dirty, walls banged up and quite dated. Scruffy physician named Dr. Richter cones in & tells me I have Covid. I asked him why he made that impression after just looking in my throat. He tells me it is prevalent right now, and the Covid tests are inaccurate - if - I wanted one.
