This location is inside the medical center, 1st floor, turn right at main entrance. Made an appointment online, got confirmation code. They have 2 kiosks to check in. The 2 days I had appointments the kiosks were having trouble. Once I check in, I sat for about 10 minutes before called back. The phlebotomist were very good, no trouble. I got an email 2 days later that my results were ready.
This new company is trash. Kiosk should give the appropriate time. Waste of time. The old way was better. I have been sitting here now for an hour. Totally unprofessional. I would not recommend quest to anyone. Just like a cheap insurance. You go cheap you get cheap. Very sad.
Although the staff at the lab services were helpful, and the process of checking in has gotten better at the Pickerington Medical Campus, I will not be utilizing their services anymore because Quest Diagnostics has taken over. I had blood drawn on Wed and as of Friday I'm still waiting on my results, whereas in the past when I had blood drawn at this facility I had results the same day, sometimes within hours.
