Go with Proscan! This is not a place with your health in mind, they are a greedy business after your money. Called them for an MRI and gave me an "estimate" of $2,000+ and eluding to there maybe more costs. "We won't know till the imaging is done and we send it to the insurance." Called ProScan, they took my insurance information and got back to me a few days later with an exact cost of $495. The doctor who ordered the MRI said the Westerville Ohio Health MRI image quality was too poor to see enough detail to make any diagnosis. I was completely stationary during the MRI so there is no reason it should have been poor quality. I will not be going back to this imaging center for this reason. There are plenty of others to choose from.
Easy to find. Wonderful people to greet you and direct you where to go. Everyone I encountered was Very Nice. The staff was great for my CT scan and MRI. All were polite, professional and easy to talk with, although I like the familiarity of the other facility, I am used to going to, I've not a negative word to say about the Westerville, Polaris Parkway area, Ohio Health Imaging dept.
Was very prompt in getting in getting registered and transferred to the imaging. In and out in 30 minutes
When you arrive at the Ohio Health facility and have an order for imaging, the first thing you do is sit with an insurance/payment person. That person runs your insurance and lets you know, in advance, what your payment will be, and then you pay or discuss payment options. I was told I would have no payment for a shoulder and elbow x-ray. A month later, I received a bill for almost $1200. This is the amount AFTER my primary insurance's negotiated rate.
