From the first day my wife entered into Compassus care thru Ohio Health at home we were surrounded by very caring and professional staff from nursing, personal care, social work, and chaplain services. I would like to recognize her Team that was very skilled at caring for her and helping me anticipate the needs, and make suggestions for difficult times that would come up. Our dad passed recently and had a great team that I truly believe cared. Chad was new but you couldn't tell he came in like he had been doing this for years with such a serving heart. Ashley,Abbie,Benard, Chad and Taylyn were a very supportive team in our time of need. Thank you for all your help and support
Terrible organization with terrible social workers. The social workers who work here are nosey and intrusive. They violate your privacy and lie about you and your family. Some of the things they tell to other agencies are a HIPAA violation. Beware of trusting anyone from this hospice agency. Ashley the social worker is unprofessional and should lose her license. My spouse is in hospice with this company right now and I have found them to be cold and rigid and without compassion for my spouse, nor my experience. I have felt abandoned in this experience every time I or my spouse have had a need. Take my advice and take your business elsewhere, to somewhere that cares about your loved one and their family at this most precious of times.
The nurses and staff were so helpful and kind. We could not have kept Mom at home without them. They were so kind and treated Mom like the beautiful person she was. They jumped in to help as needed and helped reassure us we were doing everything right. They are Angels with stethoscopes.
