I love it here! I've been here in the past and ended up coming back about a year ago. I always have a good experience when I am here. My physician Dr. Alexandria Cline is wonderful. She is sweet and always gets me taken care of. She truly listens to her patients needs and concerns. She is one of the few providers that haven't made me feel like just a number and my visit isn't rushed. I also have to shout out Jackie W. My appointment that i scheduled a month and a half ago was canceled hours before my appointment time and when i go to get rescheduled i’m being told i can’t get in for another month. WHAT THE HECK so unprofessional, y’all need some help..better staff..something.
Beware of Dustin the Gatekeeper. He's rude and condescending.
I was in a car accident and came here at 8:24. Even though it says that they are open until 9pm, they said they take their last patient at 8:20 and said they could not see me. They must do this all of time because they had directions printed out to the next nearest Urgent Care. If you take your last patient at 8:20 then say you’re open until then. I’m in a lot of pain and it was urgent and they turned me away. Shame on them.
This place does not staff doctors. Last few times I’ve been it was only PA’ s I saw. They advertise that you can see a doctor when you schedule an appointment, but they don’t even have one in the clinic. The staff is really nice, but every time I go in, I expect to see a real doctor.
