While I had a wonderfully kind young lady helping me at the Quest lab… my mother was treated horribly by the man who took her back for her appointment. I was shocked and appalled to see that she physically shaking when she came out of her appointment. His behavior was aggressive and extremely unprofessional. Her doctor prescribed a medication with polyethylene glycol. It’s in her file. She has an allergy with anaphylactic shock if medication is used. She was sent for a test and was diagnosed. The doctor told her that she probably would qualify for glp1 Now that she’s diagnosed, she said it’s not enough for her to qualify even though she has 5 comorbidities. I left a message with your office, but haven’t received a call back

My experience with Alexandria C. Cline, CNP was disappointing. I felt disrespected and dismissed when requesting a referral. Communication was unprofessional, and I did not feel heard.
I was sent to Dr Patel because my stomach doctor couldn't find what has been causing my lifelong nausea symptoms, so she ordered a cortisone level that showed extremely low results. I have had symptoms reminiscent of adrenal deficiency my entire life, so it would make sense to check for that. Dr Patel, however, had already made a decision regarding my health and body before even meeting me. He said that my life long symptoms aren't a problem because I was on steroids for a separate issue at the time. Ok. So do the test again... read more
