I should have known after my first visit with an apathetic physician, but I returned. After arriving well in advance of my appointment time, I sat and remained in the lobby while I saw at least ten other patients come and go. Finally, after 45 minutes, I was lead to an observation room. The child treating me had no idea who I was and had wrong information in front of him. I was asked to again wait.
