My daughter use to be so scared to go to the doctors like if she even seen the office she would start to freak out! After seeing Dr. Regan she now loves going to the doctors and the doctors are wonderful with her and make her feel comfortable when she has an appointment! I absolutely love this office and also attended it when I was a child! All my children go to this office and all of them really love it!
Great staff and service. We have been seeing doctors and nurse practitioners here for over 17 years. The staff is kind and dedicated. If one staffer doesn't have the answer, they work together as a team to get to the root of problems. Highly recommend.
Depends on the day. They’re great with my new born. But my older boys 11 and 7 been doing their entire life and it’s like whoever the lady who always sees them cause it isn’t Ritter who is an amazing doctor it’s someone else but anyway she don’t ever like remember them or just seems like any concern I have always had to be referred to another doctor somewhere in Columbus. Couldn't say enough things about this place. Great doctors, amazing nurses, friendly receptionists. When my kid is sick they get him in within 24 hours and aren't afraid to recommend him to go somewhere else if they think it needs urgent care. Looking forward to the new building as well - I know the old space they are in prevents them from certain upgrades and such, but I think that won't be an issue at the new location.
