Because of Dr Bonners failure we've relied on you all so much. I can't thank you enough for helping my daughter with this unbelievable painful surgery. Its completely inhumane how Ohio Health as whole failed her miserably. I do not recommend them because the ignorance in pain management is rediculous. But this staff is amazing. Tired of seeing us I'm sure But absolutely acknowledged this girl was in a very very bad place and not cared for as a patient should be, especially a surgery like that. We've learned a lot. Dr Prince is amazing he literally saved me from excruciating pain & was very nice & helpful when my surgeon left me to lay at home & suffer with excruciating pain without caring one bit. I’ll always recommend Dr Prince at Hardin memorial. Everyone was caring & it was quick I wasn’t even there an hour.

Took my dad here to the ER yesterday. I explained he was having trouble balancing, and was saying nonsense, gibberish. When I said I was worried it was a stroke, the front desk people shared my concern, the doctors? They looked at me like I was dumb. They did a quick Covid test and a chest scan. Once they saw he was covid positive they decided not to do any more tests, they prescribed him some nausea medicine and sent him home. I was at the emergency room and lost my wallet in a pair of sweatpants hthat I had on and they had to cut them off , when I had my broken ankle! The nurse in the emergency room and took my sweats before I was able to get it out of my pocket and she had taken my wallet and gave it to her cousin to get back at my son for leaving her cousin, because they broke up,, this nurses cousin tried to change my health insurance, that's how I know that the nurse stole it. As someone with a phobia of medical facilities, I'm honestly very impressed with how well my ER visit went... Due to what had happened with me, I was in treatment for 10 hours or so. (My personal nightmare) The staff were incredibly attentive, listened extremely well when I told them how I was feeling (physically and mentally), and accommodated me accordingly. VERY respectful of me as an individual, let alone as a patient. ERs are notorious for being overworked and ending up with staff that don't have the best bedside manner... read more
