From the emergency room receptionist to housekeeping to food service to lab techs to the wonderful nurses and doctors...everyone was amazingly friendly, considerate, thorough and professional!!
Horrendous ER experience. The person I took there was in serious condition having suffered a fall and resulting injuries. It took 4 hours for a dr. to see him. They provided no assistance to help him go to rhe rest room. He fell and sustained furher injuries requiring a hosptial stay and surgeries. Have had experiences at Riverside and OSU which have been outstanding. Stay away from Grant.

I had to pick my child up from daycare and asked if there was a shuttle or some kind of transportation that could take me back to vehicle. I was told I would have to take a taxi. I didn't receive care and finally went to an Urgent Care ... read more
