Great physical therapy personnel!!
New person who did my blood work was unprofessional. Despite my blood work order stating my current name, my insurance having my current name, and most other places having my current name as I'm slowly but surely changing things over they would not change what my name was in the system to match even though the lab work order itself said the correct name. I was told that the insurance would have problems, it wouldn't, and that "we will just keep it as (insert my old name here) for now and I can change it the next time I come ... read more
