We were referred to get some mental health services for our toddler. They needed our insurance information. The woman I spoke to over the phone was very rude and short with me. She said the information would be passed along to the financial aid department and they would contact me shortly. It’s been weeks with no contact or follow up. Maybe this is a blessing in disguise because I wouldn’t want my child receiving treatment from a place that can’t even do the most basic part of the process in a timely and professional manner.
All is good
6 months of calling with no return calls, just to get a nurse on zoom. Absolutely no personal interaction. Would not recommend even for a Dog.
