This is genuinely the absolute worst mental health facility/outpatient care I have EVER received. The nurse Kimberly is incredibley rude, and then the psychiatrist is on a computer screen. I was supposed to have an appointment at 12:30 on 11-5-2024 and at 10:30 they called me and told me that the provider is no longer seeing people from my area, and that it would be 2-3 months before a new provider could see me.
