Providers will be assigned then they will ghost you and not meet with you while you are still being billed for services. It’s been over a month since I have been able to meet with my case manager or therapist while I have been emailing and texting letting them know I am going through a crisis at the moment. There is no support or help for people that have mental disabilities, they only make you a priority if you’re a substance user
In the year and a half I've been going here I've received great care, thats not to say there hasn't been a hiccup or 2 but you have to take that into consideration when dealing with ANY recovery facility. Some of us needing care are arguably at our worse, some days they may have an emergency or 2 show up that need immediate care and can slow daily operations down. I've received callbacks the same day, if not within 24 hours. Most of my appointments are on time or a little early and have very rarely run late. Would recommend
You have to take in what you can at each location, not every place is going to be your match, but the downtown location is my homebase and I love it. I hope if your not liking a location you ask the right questions to find your homebase, they're there to help and can only help if your open to helping yourself without malice
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Please save yourself from going through unnecessary grief and DO NOT go here for any reason. Ohio Guidestones does not care about their patients. I was seeing Dianne Foust, she told me if I see any other providers she would not prescribe medication for me which I agreed to. The problem with this is that she forgot to send in my prescription.
