Currently in the process of trying to get my dad home care with this company for my dad through insurance and in a week they have only sent out one aide and one nurse and zero therapy. They will call you from each department and tell you they can’t see each other departments schedules. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with Ohioans was awesome. Michele came 2 weeks before surgery and we did strengthen exercises. After surgery , she came 4 times a week for a month and we did all exercises to get me up and walking after a knee replacement. She was always on time and had different exercises to do that helped me get up and walk faster than I expected. She was a pleasure to work with and I cannot thank her enough for her care and support. There are good things and bad things about this company. First, my nurse was awesome. Brittany was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She was really great. My nurse aid really didn't do much except help with transferring in and out of the shower once a week, I bathe myself once in the shower. She wouldn't help me with anything else and told me she was not going to help with any laundry or cleaning. She wouldn't even help me get the water off the bathroom floor after a shower.
