My experience with Ohioans was awesome. Michele came 2 weeks before surgery and we did strengthen exercises. After surgery , she came 4 times a week for a month and we did all exercises to get me up and walking after a knee replacement. She was always on time and had different exercises to do that helped me get up and walk faster than I expected. She was a pleasure to work with and I cannot thank her enough for her care and support. There are good things and bad things about this company. First, my nurse was awesome. Brittany was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She was really great. My nurse aid really didn't do much except help with transferring in and out of the shower once a week, I bathe myself once in the shower. She wouldn't help me with anything else and told me she was not going to help with any laundry or cleaning. She wouldn't even help me get the water off the bathroom floor after a shower. Patients beware!! My experience with this group was an absolute nightmare. They cancelled my wound appointment due to an error on their side- and they left me without wound care. I called them several times- and every associate promised they would help me and never did. I found them to be unprofessional and unreliable- and they left me with a deep wound and no one to help.
My daughter and I stay with the father of a close family friend and he was being cared for by Ohioans. They were all phenomenal. The nurses, the shower aid, the therapists. Every single person we encountered was great. He loves them, his family loved them, my daughter and I loved them. Exactly the type of people you could be comfortable around and made you feel good. Cannot recommend them enough!!!
