When I tell you from start to finish, it was an amazing experience. Biz, helped us pick out a car that was in budget and in good shape. Steve (the owner) came in and went over and explained to my daughter all the fine details. Lastly, Ervin went through the paperwork although they were closed. And didn’t once rush us how other dealers might at closing.
