This makes the third time this summer when our port a john has not been cleaned. We have people at our camp all summer and it is not pleasant when the agreed upon service is not provided. We have used this company for many years and this is the first year we have had such trouble.
They MIGHT deliver on time but trying to get them to service on time is horrible. They would try a little harder maybe if they had to use their own dirty port a john. Take a little more pride in your company. If it's a holiday weekend have someone service them in the evenings for pete's sake.
Phenomenal company to deal with. They answered the phone quickly, provided an accurate and affordable quote, and delivered and picked up the portable toilets on-schedule as promised. I highly recommend Ohio Valley Septic if you are having an event and need their services!
