I received a text saying that it was their final effort to get me to pay my bill and that my account will now be considered “delinquent”. I had never received a notice about this bill prior to this text message and had no idea I owed anything.
Harassing texts about a $9.12 bill. Never received a bill in the mail or email. No one answers when you call.
I'm constantly being threatened to be sent to collections over $111 that I couldn't possibly owe them. I've never gotten a bill, just collection threats through text. No idea how they even have my number. I have never been there nor have I ever used their services. One star is one too many
