I do not recommend going to Heritage Valley for wound care. The offices are run in the most disorganized way and you will have so many issues because they are so poorly run.
I visited this medical facility because it was on a list of local wound care centers that my PCP provided. On my first visit I was promptly greeted by the receptionist, and given the required paperwork to complete. After a short wait we were taken back by a nurse who attended to me right away. Another nurse came to see me and finally I was told the doctor would be in to see me shortly, and he was. The doctor was thorough and spent time answering all of my questions. The receptionist is great....and that's about all..The service is extremely poor. I have taken my mother 3 times and the wait is unbelievable. We have waited over an hour the first two times to be seen. The third time they had taken a patient who arrived after her as they were confused as to how to arrange their appointments accordingly(not sure how a doctor office is confused with ensuring patients be seen at their scheduled time🤦♀️) however, since they don't follow any time schedule that would make sense!!!!!😒 We waited... read more
