I have been going to Ohio Valley Eye Institute for quite a few years I have always been treated with respect and have been in and out of the office in a timely manner

I went in for my eye exam, and they put in a variety of eye drops without letting me know the plan. My eyes were dilated with no advanced notice. I had to cancel my plans for the rest of the day. The doctor saw me for less than three minutes and did not check the prescription that was set up by the assistant. Overall I was very dissatisfied.
