They do not tell you as soon as you walk in that you have to pay upfront.And I did not see it on the email they sent me either. They wait until you get ready to leave then say that will be $400.00 upfront. Like we are all bankers & just walk around with that kind of money in our pockets. Ohio Valley Center for Periodontics & Implants is wonderful. Dr. Silverstein is very kind, caring, and professional. He made a traumatic event in my life (losing a tooth) manageable. He and his staff explained every step of the process, and calmed my frayed nerves during the procedure. Thanks to Dr. Silverstein, I was able to smile right away!
Dr. Masoud did a great job explaining my diagnosis and treatment options and made sure that I understood everything that took place during my surgery and what to expect after that. I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure. Dr. Masoud is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The staff was welcoming, pleasant, and professional as well.
The staff is just the best. Feeling comfortable in a dentist office is rare, but that’s how it is. They are though and efficient. Also all though the waiting room is very nice, you won’t be there long - they take you on time. I trust the staff and think you will too.
As a patient of three years, I have only good things to say about the professionalism, care, friendliness, promptness, ease of scheduling, and thoroughness of Dr. Silverstein and his team. The implant I received was a smooth process from beginning to end with excellent results.
