This office is wonderful. The atmosphere and the staff are so friendly and professional. Dr. Silverstein gave me a thorough examination and treatment plan. I highly recommend recommend him for dental care. Twyla Naumann
Extremely friendly and warm staff. They were very education focused and really took their time answering all my questions. Dr. Silverstein was excellent, and Ri - the hygienist was by far one of the best I've ever encountered. Overall a great experience and highly recommend!
They do not tell you as soon as you walk in that you have to pay upfront.And I did not see it on the email they sent me either. They wait until you get ready to leave then say that will be $400.00 upfront. Like we are all bankers & just walk around with that kind of money in our pockets. And the front waiting area has a fish aquarium with fish I know for a fact that cost $1000.00 & the managers office was all cherry wood. Gold platinum albums signed on the wall. Ohio Valley Center for Periodontics & Implants is wonderful. Dr. Silverstein is very kind, caring, and professional. He made a traumatic event in my life (losing a tooth) manageable. He and his staff explained every step of the process, and calmed my frayed nerves during the procedure. Thanks to Dr. Silverstein, I was able to smile right away!
Dr. Masoud did a great job explaining my diagnosis and treatment options and made sure that I understood everything that took place during my surgery and what to expect after that. I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure. Dr. Masoud is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The staff was welcoming, pleasant, and professional as well.
