I highly recommend Ohio Valley Animal Care Center! Since the moment we walked through the door, Dr. Morgan and her staff have treated my Golden Simba and myself like family. They are always willing to go the extra mile and answer any questions that I have. Dr. Morgan and Kylee have gone above and beyond to help Sim. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. We LOVE Ohio Valley Animal Care Center!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr Morgan. She got us through a very rough time with our dog and did everything she could to try save him. She cried with us when he passed. She treats the animals like they are her own, she’s warm and gentle with them. I highly recommend Dr Morgan!
My very first and only experience with this business was a simple phone call. It didn't last long. I called to see if I could get an appointment to change my flea program. I stated that I was interested in Comfortis and I currently was using the Seresto collars and they were not working. The lady on the phone cut me off and said we don't use Comfortis. I said okay. Instead of her suggesting something else or setting up an appointment like I wanted she hastily ended the call. Not good customer service at all.
