Went to this dentist for over 3 years. Even with an appointment, had to wait every time, sometimes up to an hour due to the fact that they take walk-ins and seem to give them priority. Multiple sites they've worked on in that 3 years continue to give me pain and will chip or break more easily than the rest of the work done in my mouth. Most times I feel rushed as a patient, leading to mistakes like leaving filling material in my mouth after having work done. Patients with appiontments always have priority over 'walk ins', but sometimes emergency 'walk in' patients who arrived before you have severe infections, and sometimes life threatening situations that require our attention. Wonderful staff! I would recommend OUDC to all of my family and friends.
I went in this morning as a walk-in. The entire staff was friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Pelkey performed 2 root canals on me at 10a.m. and I'm yet to feel any pain (it's nearly 8 p.m. now. . I'm not numb anymore). Dr. Pelkey was informative and kind. And, he gave me my smile back. I couldn't be happier!
I dread dentist like most but more so because I have no clue what my dental plan is or an explanation of treatment. Since going to OUDC Dr. Condit keeps me informed every step of the process and what to potentially expect in further care. Always a good experience (as good as a dental experience can go) :) Update: horrible experience as a walk in and I will no longer continue to go. The dentist I do not know his name and the nurse was rude. I felt uncomfortable and left very upset

Dr. Pelkey is awesome! I've been there twice in the last month and had a root canal and 3 extractions. he's the most caring and gentle dentist I have ever had and to be quite honest after the root canal I didn't even feel anything. can you believe it a root canal with no pain after. it truly is an awesome place to go for all your Dental needs.
Horrible! I show up in a ton of pain needing to have a tooth pulled. I am there at 7:45 am. and only 2 others are there. After waiting 30 min. I finally go back and then just sit there in the dentist chair for an hour and a half, after 30 min they come in to numb me up, not to do anything else mind you. So I sit there and wait over an hour. During this time 4 other people show up and leave, all while I am sitting there feeling the Novocaine wearing off. Finally the Dentist comes in, I am not numb any more so he starts sticki... read more
